There are currently no open positions at Homeward Books Collective.

Our goal is to expand the team by 2028, but we are still building enough momentum and financial stability to support our founding team.

When we do expand our team, the position will look very different from your traditional wage labor job. Because we are a worker-cooperative, any new workers would be new co-owners of the store. It will require a different level of commitment, responsibility, and mental/emotional investment than you might expect from a typical retail “day job,” and therefore may not be the best fit for everyone’s employment needs.

At this time, the best way to get involved with us is to host events in our space and encourage your friends and family to shop with us! This helps us build a working relationship with you and build the financial stability required to onboard more members.
